By selection only, our levels 3 - 6 competition squads gymnasts are currently split into different squads who train different hours across the week based on age and level. All squads have gymnasts compete at state competitions and attend performance events. Training workshops and interstate competitions are offered where possible.

Our levels 7 - 10 and international levels squads gymnasts are on pathways to compete aerobic gymnastics at a national level, with some competing internationally representing Australia.

Our entry level competition squad is for children age 7+ who are interested in performing at club level competitions. Gymnasts will be put into groups and learn basic aerobic gymnastics routines that they can perform throughout the year. Children, with any experience level, are welcome to join our recreational aerobic gymnastics squad. These sessions introduce children to the basics of gymnastics, whilst also incorporating dance routines with music and rhythm training. Sessions are fun and energetic, and include circuits, relays, gymnastics equipment, music and games in a structured environment.

Gymnasts are generally selected from our recreational aerobic gymnastics squads to join our Recreational Plus squad, or new enquiries are welcome if children have prior dance/gymnastics/cheer experience.
