What we do . . .
Aerobic Gymnastics is a dynamic gymsport incorporating gymnastics skills, choreography and acrobatic lifts into a routine on the floor to fast paced music. Gymnasts demonstrate extreme static and dynamic strength, balance, flexibility, jump power and artistry to create routines that tell a story. Gymnasts can compete individually, and/or in pairs, trios and groups. Your gymnast will develop all the strength and flexibility of gymnastics and dance combined, while making lifelong friendships and developing their own confidence and work ethic.
Seacliff Aerobic Gymnastics have high success at state level competitions, have had multiple Australian National Champions and medallists, and have international representation by both gymnasts and coaches. We offer a well-established competition squad, featuring both the Australian Levels Stream and the FIG Elite International Stream, a pre-competition squad for gymnasts who are eager to transition to a competition environment one day, and a performance stream for gymnasts interested in performing at events such as the Adelaide Fringe, the Gymnastics SA Festival of Performance Gymnastics, the Glenelg Christmas Pageant, the Brighton Jetty Classic, and more.
Our coaches are accredited through Gymnastics Australia and are passionate about facilitating each gymnasts unique goals and dreams through a nurturing, supportive and driven environment.
