Aerobic Gymnastics Recreational Plus Squad

Gymnasts are generally selected from our recreational aerobic gymnastics squads to join our Recreational Plus squad, or new enquiries are welcome if children have prior dance/gymnastics/cheer experience. These sessions are designed to act as a stepping stone between recreational aerobic gymnastics, and competitive aerobic gymnastics. These sessions introduce children to the different aspects of aerobic gymnastics through circuits, team and partner work and individual challenges. Gymnasts can be selected from this group by invitation only to move into the competition squad.
