Katrina Webb & Eddie Denis, Sebastian & Aleksander’s Mum & Dad, attend Seacliff Kindergym on Wednesday’s & did a “show & tell” for the children today. Katrina has won Gold, silver and bronze medals in athletics at the last three Paralympic Games. Katrina showed all the children her gold medal from the Athens 2004 Paralympics she won for the 400m sprint.

Katrina was the first torch bearer to enter the Olympic stadium for the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games.

Katrina recently returned from the London Paralympics as one of three International Paralympic Committee Ambassadors and she also did some ABC TV commentary. She brought photos, mascotts, stickers and drink bottles for all the children to see.

Eddie Denis represented Australia in the sport of Water Polo for 8 years at the senior level. He competed at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and during his career was part of the best ever results for Australian men at major Water Polo competitions: Bronze at the 1993 World Cup and 4th at the 1998 World Championships. Currently he is also the Goalkeeper Coach for all Australian National Water Polo teams and the Assistant Coach of the highly successful Australian Women’s Water Polo team.
